Text 100 APAC expands its Regional Leadership Team (RLT) with new Campaign Innovation Director
Senior promotions and new appointments announced as part of regional growth strategy
Sydney , 07/15/2010 — Text 100 APAC has announced Marc Ha will join the regional leadership team and will take on the role of Campaign Innovation Director, effective 1st August, 2010. In his new role, Marc will be accountable for infusing Text 100’s client work with greater innovation, driving richer client satisfaction and growing existing clients either geographically or in terms of Practices.
Marc has more than 13 years of regional consulting experience - across corporate, consumer and business audiences. To this role he brings a breadth and depth of experience with many major brands including Cisco, Lenovo, Nokia, Oracle and Symantec, among others. He will remain in Singapore and report directly to Sarah Howe, Global Campaign Innovation Director based in London, and will work closely with joint APAC Regional Directors, Steven Murphy and Anne Costello.

Marc’s promotion spearheads several new promotions and appointments in the region including:
- Monica Li – Hong Kong: Monica has been promoted to the position of Managing Consultant, Text 100 Hong Kong, effective 1st August, 2010. Monica earned this new role as she continually delivers strong consultancy, focused team management, and has built senior media relationships since she joined Text 100. Monica has more than 12 years of technology public relations and B2B marketing experience in Asia and the US, working with companies such as Alcatel, Microsoft, and Juniper.
Monica takes over from Simon Taylor, who has taken on a role at a regional banking institution.
- Arming Liu – Beijing: Arming was recently appointed as Senior Account Director and Deputy Managing Consultant in Text 100 Beijing. In this position he oversees the day to day operation of the Beijing office and supports TT Yang, Managing Director, Text 100 China, as part of Text 100’s recent centralized leadership strategy in China.
Arming has more than a decade of communications experience in Greater China, with particular expertise in advising tech companies such as Alibaba.com, AMD, ARM, HTC, and Sony on corporate positioning, branding, market entry, issues and crisis, and digital influence communications. He has also been certified as an IT Industry Analyst by the Institute of Information of Taiwan. Prior to joining Text 100, Arming was a Senior Consultant at Ruder Finn based in Guangzhou, China.
- Aru Sayed – Singapore: Returning to Text 100 after an 18-month tenure with Fleishman Hillard, Aru has been appointed Senior Account Director in Singapore where he reports to Phillip Raskin, Managing Consultant, Singapore. Aru has more than 12 years experience in the public relations industry in Asia, and has worked with consumer, corporate and technology brands such as British Airways, Intel, Motorola, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, and Tata Consultancy Services. Aru was previously with Text 100 India for eight years before relocating to Singapore.
- Jia Min Chow – Malaysia: Recently promoted to Senior Account Director in Malaysia, Min joined Text 100 Malaysia two years ago to expand its consumer and healthcare expertise. As a senior member of the team, her passion and energy has ensured the Malaysian office continued to grow sustainably, helping to bring on board clients such as Transitions and ING Insurance. In her new role, Min will maintain her senior client facing and new business development roles, while supporting Meiling Yeow, Managing Consultant, Malaysia on the business and people management fronts. Prior to joining Text 100, Min headed the Consumer & Healthcare practice group at Fleishman-Hillard in Kuala Lumpur.
